"I WISH I had used this book DURING my course in med school (instead of waiting to use it for just review)! It would have been very helpful for exams. Most of the other High Yield books work best when used as a supplement to a more detailed book (or as a review after you've learned the material), but this one is still pretty detailed itself, without being overwhelming. It is a great review of the essential things you need to know for the USMLE. Good pictures, great clinical correlations, and good layout. It is up-to-date as well. "
